Associate Prof. Karen Gregory

A/Prof. Gregory leads the Endocrine and Neuropharmacology lab in Drug Discovery Biology at MIPS. She is an internationally recognised expert in analytical and molecular pharmacology of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), focusing on promising therapeutic targets for neuropsychiatric and neurological disorders.

Research Interests

Work in the Endocrine and Neuropharmacology lab aims to harness molecular insights into allosteric drug action at glutamate receptors for modulating brain cell activity. We probe the functional consequences of allosteric ligand-receptor interactions from the atomic level through to preclinical models.
