Inamur Rahman

Inam is a PhD candidate under the supervision of A/Professor Isabelle Rouiller at the University of Melbourne node. In his PhD, he will use single particle cryo-EM, mass-spectrometry and electron-tomography combined with sub-tomogram averaging to investigate the role of the envelope glycoprotein of HIV-1 in viral entry and its inhibition with antibodies. Inam completed his Masters degree in biotechnology at the Interdisciplinary Biotechnology Unit, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. In his free time, he likes to play various outdoor and indoor games and explore new places.
