Jack Tovey

Jack is a PhD Student in the Sexton/Wootten Lab at the Monash Node of the CCeMMP. They received their BSc from Swinburne University of Technology in 2019, before moving to the University of Melbourne to complete their Honours Degree in 2020.

Research Interests

Jack’s work is currently using cryo-EM to investigate the allosteric modulation of the Cholecystokinin Type 1 Receptor (CCK-1R). Their project is in collaboration with the CCeMMP Industry Partner: Astex Pharmaceuticals.
