Minakshi Barauh

Minakshi is a CEeMMP PhD student in Sexton and Wootten’s lab. She has an honors and master’s degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. She was a research fellow in the Department of Bioscience and Bioengineering at IIT Kanpur, India where she developed some antibody fragments, namely ScFv16, Nb35, Nb32, and NbCa52 for different GPCR transducer complexes.
Research Interests
Minakshi’s research focuses on class A GPCR structures. More specifically she is working on developing certain approaches to study the antagonist-bound inactive GPCR structures.
